SML, or Small, Medium, Large, is a contemporary restaurant and bar located on the 11th Floor of a luxury shopping tower in Times Square. The dining approach — a menu of share plates in three different sizes — is an amalgamation of the owners’ time spent in European eateries and a desire to introduce elements of European-style dining into the Hong Kong market.

In response, the studio developed suspended shelving elements and bespoke ceiling treatments to delineate between communal, individual and outdoor seating areas. Much like the menu itself, patrons have the freedom to choose a style of dining to fit their mood and party number.
