The Night Market — Taikoo Shing

In collaboration with Adam Goodrum

The Night Market is a series of contemporary Taiwanese restaurants in Hong Kong inspired by the flavours and atmosphere of Taipei’s famed street-food culture.

Liquor & Liqueur

A boutique retail store selling rare and unique whiskeys sourced from around the world. Operating independently by day, the shop mimics Prohibition Era antics in New York, masking the packed and lively drinking establishment beneath.

001 Cocktail Bar

Hong Kong’s first speakeasy bar, widely credited for kickstarting the hidden bar trend in Hong Kong in 2010. A lone doorbell and entrance door discretely sits behind a Graham Street wet market in Central.

The Night Market — Central

In collaboration with Michael Young

A highly collaborative process allowing product design to be developed alongside interiors including pendant lighting made of folded Chinese newspaper and a range of aluminium tables and chairs. Hong Kong ceramicists, Latitude 22N, were commissioned to develop tableware and a series of ceramic vessels for display.

Reminicent of the warm, eclectic shops that accompany Taipei’s open air night market.

The Night Market — Central

In collaboration with Michael Young

Adjoining its sister restaurant on 6th Floor, this eatery captures the lively, ad hoc energy of night markets in Taipei.

The Night Market — Kowloon

Catering to a larger, more diverse audience and greater foot traffic, Kowloon’s edition adapts key elements of the design concept, giving prominence to the retail element of tableware and objects to reinforce connection to the brand.

SML — Bar & Restaurant

A restaurant and bar by Press Room Group created to introduce elements of European-style dining into the Hong Kong market. Located in Times Square, patrons have the freedom to choose menu style and dining to fit their appetite and mood.
